My mission is to bring you the best Pilates and strength workouts that fit seamlessly into your life, whether you're at home, on the go, or anywhere in between. With results focused online workouts, you'll build core strength, improve flexibility, and move with confidence - anytime, anywhere.

My journey practicing Pilates started in 2006. As a former competitive swimmer, I was always looking for ways to cross train, and when I experienced how the core strength and flexibility I gained from Pilates improved my speed and efficiency in the water, I was hooked. After many years of practicing Pilates, I decided to become a certified Pilates trainer because I knew if core strength helped me improve overall movement and well being, it could have the same impact on others.


In 2014 I started teaching Pilates in New York City in boutique studios and luxury gyms teaching large group Pilates mat, small group and private reformer classes. I've worked with a range of clientele differing in age, fitness background, injuries, and goals. In 2018 I started my own business, and that's when I added the option to train virtually. I realized what helped my clients see the best results from Pilates, was consistency. By removing the commute to a from the studio, as well as having a more economical price point, my clients were practicing Pilates more and seeing better results.


I'm passionate about helping people just like you achieve your fitness goals - whether you're just starting out, or have been exercising for a lifetime. While feeling good during a workout is important, optimal body function is the true goal— that's why I began combining Pilates with resistance training to create my signature class Pilates mat + Weights. Pilates builds core strength, flexibility, mobility, and body awareness, while resistance training enhances muscular strength and endurance. Together, they create a powerful formula for a strong, resilient body. In addition to Pilates mat + Weights, I offer a variety of Pilates mat and flexibility classes.
